- ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- good communication and teamwork abilities
- food handler certification preferred
Job Duties
- prepare fresh food items daily according to recipes
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- maintain temperature control and monitor expiration dates
- wrap, label, and store merchandise properly
- assist members with bakery orders
- maintain cleanliness and organization of prepared food areas
- stock, rotate, and organize merchandise on sales floor
