Job Duties

- planning future and seasonal productions
- adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment
- leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions
- managing merchandise stocking, rotation, and quality control
- maintaining clean, sanitized, and member-ready sales floor
- assisting customers according to company policies
- complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- completing work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers
- adapting to change and learning from feedback
