Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing work environments
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed
- Food handler certification (preferred)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food preparation or fresh food handling
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology in the workplace
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items daily according to recipes
- Ensure rotisserie chicken is warm and ready for members
- Properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to maintain freshness
- Maintain clean and organized shelves with proper temperature controls
- Verify expiration dates and dispose of lesser-quality food products
- Assist members with bakery orders and customer service
- Use digital tools to manage inventory, training, and product quality
