Job Qualifications
- Experience in fresh food preparation or related food service
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow recipes and standard operating procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with digital tools and handheld technology
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Customer service orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler Certification preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items daily following recipes and quality standards
- Cook, warm, and serve rotisserie chicken ensuring availability for members
- Properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to maintain freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation and sales areas
- Monitor shelf conditions including temperature control and expiration dates
- Use digital tools for inventory management and production decisions
- Assist customers with bakery orders and other inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction
- Comply with company policies, safety standards, and food handling regulations
- Communicate effectively and adapt to changing work demands
