Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete all required job training and assessments successfully
- willing to comply with company policies including drug-free workplace standards
- ability to work flexible hours as required
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle food products safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food preparation or a related field preferred
- food handler certification or willingness to obtain
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- good communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food according to recipes and item specifications
- properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure freshness
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the prepared foods area
- monitor and control product temperatures and expiration dates
- assist members with bakery orders and inquiries
- operate and sanitize food preparation equipment
- manage inventory and reduce food waste
