Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed timeframes
- willingness to comply with company policies and no tolerance drug and alcohol policy
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in fresh food preparation preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to operate food preparation equipment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- adaptability to changing work environments
- customer service experience
- food handler certification preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- prepare food according to item specifications and recipes
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operate, maintain, and sanitize food preparation equipment
- stock and rotate merchandise ensuring quality and date control standards
- assist members with bakery and food orders while providing excellent customer service
- maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- manage inventory and dispose of lesser-quality food products as needed
- utilize digital tools for production decisions and team collaboration
- comply with company policies and procedures regarding claims, returns, zoning, and shrink identification
