Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all job-required training and assessments successfully
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail food environment
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Food Handler Certification preferred but not required
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work area
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food preparation or food service
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare food consistently
- Familiarity with using digital tools and handheld technology in a retail environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items daily following recipes
- Properly wrap, label, and store merchandise
- Sweep the prepared foods area clean and maintain sanitation standards
- Monitor product quality by checking temperature control and expiration dates
- Dispose of less-quality food products
- Maintain the sales floor according to company policies including claims, returns, zoning, and organizing merchandise
- Utilize digital tools for production, training, and quality control
- Support team members and assist customers with high-quality service
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain standards
