Job Requirements

  • At least four years of prior experience
  • Minimum of 1-3 years managerial experience
  • Prior experience in the food industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent applied knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in Aramark's customer service model
  • Capacity to work in physically demanding environments including standing for long periods and handling up to 50 pounds

  • Prior food industry experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Expertise in customer service following Aramark standards
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain successful client and customer relationships
  • Skilled at fostering partnerships with multiple sectors to enhance food service cohesiveness
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and handling up to 50 pounds
  • Knowledge of safety sanitation regulations and labor management

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership guidance motivation and development for teams including recruiting assessing training coaching and managing performance
  • Confirm that food services adhere to the Executional Plan
  • Empower team members ensuring shared understanding of objectives and execution methods
  • Recognize and reward staff efforts
  • Maintain safety and sanitation regulations
  • Recognize customer demands and convey operational progress
  • Integrate Aramark's processes and systems to optimize business practices
  • Increase profits and manage financial planning by monitoring costs for food beverages and labor
  • Confirm frequent generation and oversight of P&L reports
  • Accomplish food and labor metric objectives
  • Administer resource management for quality assurance and cost control
  • Carry out and maintain Aramark’s plan for labor and food programs
  • Drive value creation through operational effectiveness cost controls and profit supervision
  • Ensure alignment with Operational Excellence fundamentals
  • Direct and supervise production distribution and food service activities
  • Guarantee well-being and safety through secure environment maintenance
  • Follow all relevant policies rules and regulations
  • Establish mechanisms for acquisition delivery maintenance cooking serving and menu design of food
  • Produce operational forecasts and explain variances
  • Oversee accounting functions associated with operations
  • Inspect sanitation and safety measures
  • Coordinate production tasks merchandising plans quality assurance cost controls labor activities and training
  • Onboard employ train and uphold front-line employees
  • Conduct scheduled inventory inventories
  • Maintain records per Aramark government and accrediting standards
  • Collaborate with client representatives and cultivate meaningful rapport
  • Participate in sales processes and contract negotiations
  • Explore opportunities for innovative products and services
  • Administer front-of-house dining functions
  • Implement food service initiatives consistent with client goals incorporating eco-conscious methods
