Job Requirements
- Minimum four years of experience in food service
- One to three years of managerial experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Prior food industry experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build client relationships
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent applied knowledge
- Minimum of four years of experience in food service
- At least 1-3 years of managerial experience
- Prior experience in the food industry

- Ability to build and maintain client and customer relationships

- Skill in fostering partnerships to enhance food service operations
- Capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods without strain
Job Duties
- Provide leadership, guidance, motivation, and development for teams
- Confirm food services adhere to the Executional Plan
- Empower team members with clear objectives and execution methods
- Recognize and reward staff efforts
- Maintain safety and sanitation regulations
- Recognize customer demands and communicate operational progress
- Integrate Aramark's processes and systems to optimize business practices
- Increase profits and manage financial planning by monitoring costs
- Generate and oversee profit and loss reports
- Achieve food and labor metric objectives
- Manage resource utilization for quality assurance and cost control
- Implement labor and food program plans
- Drive operational effectiveness and cost control
- Ensure alignment with Operational Excellence fundamentals
- Supervise food production, distribution, and service activities
- Ensure client and staff safety and compliance with policies
- Establish food acquisition, maintenance, cooking, serving, and menu design strategies
- Produce operational forecasts and manage accounting functions
- Inspect sanitation and safety measures
- Lead unit personnel in production, merchandising, quality assurance, cost control, labor activities, and training
- Recruit, onboard, and sustain front-line employees
- Conduct inventory checks
- Maintain records per Aramark, government, and accreditation standards
- Develop strong client and customer relationships
- Support sales processes and contract negotiations
- Explore innovative products and service opportunities
- Manage front-of-house dining operations
- Implement food service initiatives aligned with client goals and eco-conscious practices
