Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and portion controls
- Skilled in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation areas
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepares all the food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follows recipes, controls, portion, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
- Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of the products that are served
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager
- Follows proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes
- Tracks and reports any food waste
- Properly handles, stores and rotates all the products
- Prepares dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Responsible for station setup, breakdown, and all advance prep work
- Fulfills the duties given by management
- Keeps stations clean and well stocked with menu ingredients
- Keeps the kitchen clean and sanitized
- Monitors and oversees food temperatures during hot and cold handling
- Communicates with management product deficiencies, equipment, and safety issues
- Performs any other duties as requested by a member of management
