Job Duties
- coordinate activities of food service workers and employees engaged in food operations
- perform day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties
- work with customers to ensure satisfaction regarding quality, service, and problem resolution
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- maintain a safe and healthy working environment
- prepare and serve menus according to guidelines
- perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
