Job Duties
- coordinate the activities of food service workers and service employees engaged in food operations or services
- perform day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties
- work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- maintain a safe working environment throughout the facility
- prepare and serve vibrant menus
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
