Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Coordinate the activities of workers and service employees engaged in food operations or services
  • perform day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties
  • work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • maintain a safe and healthy working environment
  • prepare and serve food according to menus
  • assist in training new employees
