Job Duties
- coordinate the activities of workers and or service employees engaged in food operations or services
- perform day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties
- work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- maintain a safe and healthy working environment
- prepare and serve food according to menus and safety standards
- collaborate with management to meet client requirements
