Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • one or more years of related work experience
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • ability to motivate and supervise team members
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • excellent customer service skills
  • adaptability to varying shift schedules

Job Duties

  • coordinate the activities of workers and or service employees engaged in food operations or services
  • perform day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties
  • work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • maintain a safe and healthy working environment
  • prepare and serve food according to menus and safety standards
  • collaborate with management to meet client requirements
