Job Duties
- Coordinate activities of workers and service employees engaged in food operations or services
- Perform day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Prepare and serve vibrant menus while ensuring food safety
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
- Assist in training and mentoring team members
