Job Duties
- Coordinate activities of workers and service employees engaged in food operations or services
- perform day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties
- work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- may work in any type of food location on client premises under the leadership of on-site management and/or supervisors
- other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
