Job Requirements
- Part-time availability averaging 15-25 hours per week
- Flexibility to work varied hours including days evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending reaching moving and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Agility and stamina to move throughout the studio quickly and safely including tight spaces and on raised surfaces ie stage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment that involve music and large groups
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen restaurant or bar environment
- Interest or background in the arts preferred
- Alcohol Safety/TIPS and ServSafe certifications provided by Muse if needed
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on food presentation and safety
- Strong communication skills punctuality and a focus on customer service excellence
- Understanding of Muse Paintbar's market products and services
- Tech-savviness with kitchen appliances and general technology
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel when required
Job Duties
- Skillfully prepare and serve food orders prioritizing quality visual appeal and safety to enhance customer satisfaction
- Adhere to the kitchen checklist ensuring a clean and safe environment while monitoring kitchen equipment and maintaining safety standards
- Engage with customers while serving as a cashier and server delivering food and drinks and ensuring a positive experience
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and serve food and beverages including alcoholic drinks focusing on driving sales and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the session's success by greeting customers assisting with their needs and maintaining the studio's readiness for sessions
- Work flexibly with the team sharing responsibilities to ensure the best customer experience and attending team meetings for continuous improvement
