- Ability to carry out meal preparation

- Ability to prepare meals as directed
- Knowledge of laundry and basic housekeeping
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Work from prepared, approved menus convert quantities to meet required number of meals
- Prepare meals as directed following basic Health Department rules and internal infection control policies
- Perform laundry and change linens in residential rooms
- Carry out other housekeeping duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and adherence to safety standards in food preparation areas
