Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior supervisory experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capability to handle fast-paced and high-energy work environments
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years supervisory or lead experience in hospitality, facilities, retail, or food service
- ability to motivate, train, and supervise diverse teams effectively
- exceptional communication and guest service skills
- strong attention to detail, organization, cleanliness, and safety
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- physical ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of dining areas, seating, walkways, and common spaces
- Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable representative to guests, providing insight into vendors and community focus
- Lead and support food hall attendants in bussing, wiping, resetting tables, and maintaining order
- Conduct routine floor checks to identify cleaning, safety, and maintenance needs
- Coordinate with Facilities for repairs, deep cleaning, and preventive maintenance
- Assist in training attendants on cleaning standards, guest service, and safety protocols
- Support daily operations including bussing, guest assistance, supply monitoring, and compliance with sanitation standards
