Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
- excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- possess a positive attitude and ethics that support our values and culture
- able to work a variety of schedules per business needs and customary scheduling requirements
- ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
- prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending and stooping
- able to lift 50 pounds
- able to safely use kitchen equipment
- possess basic mathematical skills
- displays professional and appropriate image and appearance
- strong time-management skills
- ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
Job Duties
- Hire, train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
- delegate tasks to the team and provide follow-up
- hold team accountable for their performance
- provide coaching and counseling as needed
- ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
- ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met
- staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
- ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
- ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place, and order food and supplies while applying appropriate cost control measures
- responsible for entire store operations including systems usage, recipe adherence, payroll and timekeeping procedures, and guest interactions
- take corrective action as necessary
- perform any additional duties as assigned
