Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
  • possess a positive attitude and ethics that support our values and culture
  • able to work a variety of schedules per business needs and customary scheduling requirements
  • ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
  • prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending and stooping
  • able to lift 50 pounds
  • able to safely use kitchen equipment
  • possess basic mathematical skills
  • displays professional and appropriate image and appearance
  • strong time-management skills
  • ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
  • delegate tasks to the team and provide follow-up
  • hold team accountable for their performance
  • provide coaching and counseling as needed
  • ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met
  • staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
  • ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
  • ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place, and order food and supplies while applying appropriate cost control measures
  • responsible for entire store operations including systems usage, recipe adherence, payroll and timekeeping procedures, and guest interactions
  • take corrective action as necessary
  • perform any additional duties as assigned
