Job Requirements
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s certification
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- Previous experience preferred
- Open to varied work schedules and hours
- Must be able to stand for several hours
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on various height levels
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Ability to serve guests' needs with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to have fun

Job Duties
- Verify tickets to food orders to ensure accuracy and quality
- Double-check food modifications to meet Torchy's standards
- Record and communicate ticket times to maintain kitchen flow
- Coordinate with management on allergy and complicated orders
- Portion salsas and other prep items according to prep sheets and record yields
- Set up and break down stations including restocking as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Prepare chips and dips in order of tickets for freshness
