Job Duties

  • prepare guest orders to customer specifications, adhering to all menu and portion standards
  • prepare for the day by stocking the line with all menu items, and preparing packaging, utensils, and bowls
  • assist in restocking throughout the day
  • maintain a clean and safe workspace and ensure all food safety standards are met in an open kitchen environment
  • assist throughout the day by washing, cutting, and stocking the line with necessary menu items
  • clean and wipe down the salad line at end of the day, including the lettuce fridge, prep tables, and floors
  • follow all proper knife safety procedures
  • learn and maintain knowledge of our menu
  • running food
  • maintain a clean and well-groomed personal appearance and adhere to our uniform policy
  • additional duties needed and/or assigned by your Manager
