Job Duties
- prepare guest orders to customer specifications, adhering to all menu and portion standards
- prepare for the day by stocking the line with all menu items, and preparing packaging, utensils, and bowls
- assist in restocking throughout the day
- maintain a clean and safe workspace and ensure all food safety standards are met in an open kitchen environment
- assist throughout the day by washing, cutting, and stocking the line with necessary menu items
- clean and wipe down the salad line at end of the day, including the lettuce fridge, prep tables, and floors
- follow all proper knife safety procedures
- learn and maintain knowledge of our menu
- running food
- maintain a clean and well-groomed personal appearance and adhere to our uniform policy
- additional duties needed and/or assigned by your Manager
