Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months previous food service experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs
- Good communication skills
- Must adhere to grooming standards prohibiting visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors
- Ability to work varied shifts and in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Work requires six months previous food experience
- Requires teamwork with other staff members
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Ability to carry serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must adhere to grooming standards with no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors
Job Duties
- Ensure that order tickets are properly placed
- Responsible for timing of food orders and alert management if there is a backlog
- Assemble plates focusing on presentation, portion control, and garnish
- Keep expo area clean and organized
- Properly place trays and position food at table
- Perform posted side work and other duties as directed by management
