Job Requirements

  • physical requirements include standing for long periods
  • sitting for long periods
  • able to lift up to 60 pounds
  • able to bend, stoop, and occasionally climb ladders
  • use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must maintain a current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license with an insurable driving record
  • basic language and mathematical skills
  • ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, reaching, prolonged standing
  • able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • able to work 50 hours per week
  • willing and available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • must be reliable, responsible, and adaptable

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • oversee daily operations of multiple quick-service restaurant locations
  • ensure compliance with site-specific and brand-specific procedures
  • manage and train store managers and team members
  • analyze financial performance and implement strategies to meet sales goals
  • maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • handle staffing, scheduling, and labor cost control
  • monitor inventory and product quality
  • enforce safety and sanitation standards
