Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to operate point of sale systems and handle cash
- willingness to assist support staff and perform cleaning duties
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- knowledge of point of sale systems and cash register operations
- ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

- ability to train and oversee junior staff
Job Duties
- provide quick and friendly personal service by introducing oneself to guests
- inquire about seating preferences and seat guests according to their needs and server rotation schedule
- answer guest questions about menu items and make suggestions upon request
- receive and promptly deliver beverage orders and ensure continuous supply of water coffee beverage refills and condiments
- receive and record dining reservations and to go orders via telephone calls
- review dining checks for accuracy and process monetary transactions following cash handling procedures
- ensure cash funds are balanced at beginning and end of shift by counting money and validating transactions
- respond to guest questions using reference guides and provide information about casino gaming promotions special events and marketing campaigns
- provide training and oversight to less experienced staff
- maintain clean and orderly counter and checkout areas by performing setup clean up and closing duties
- assist bus persons with stocking removing dishware glassware flatware and resetting vacated tables
- perform other assigned duties
