- be at least 18 years old for bike delivery
- have at least a 2-door vehicle for car delivery
- have a valid driver’s license for car and scooter delivery
- possess a state-issued ID for all delivery types

- maintain a hygienic and professional demeanor
- adhere to health and safety guidelines including contactless delivery
