- At least 18 years old for bike delivery
- Valid driver’s license for car and scooter delivery
- State-issued ID
- Provide Social Security Number for background check
- Own a 2-door or larger vehicle for car delivery
- Ability to download and use the app on a smartphone
- Availability to set own flexible schedule
