- pick up orders from merchants or restaurants
- deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- maintain communication with customers if needed
- follow safety and health protocols including contactless delivery
- manage delivery schedule independently
- use the app to navigate and track deliveries
- collect and keep 100% of tips
