Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- clean driving record
- able to perform duties requiring walking, talking, hearing, standing, sitting, and/or bending for long periods
- able to kneel, run and/or climb occasionally
- able to use hands and arms for typing and telephone use
- able to perform surface and deep cleaning using hazardous cleaners
- able to lift, move and manipulate objects up to 45 pounds
- reasonable accommodations available for disabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- valid state driver license
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- knowledge of food safety and sanitization standards
- 6 months working driving experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a high-paced environment
Job Duties
- Pick up and deliver Boys and Girls Club food and freight in a safe and timely manner
- assist Transportation and the Facilities Department with routine maintenance and upkeep
- assist Kitchen staff with food service as necessary
- maintain compliance with safety and sanitization standards
- ensure food is kept at proper temperature and wrapped correctly for transportation
- support special event and will call deliveries
- assist in maintaining Club vehicles
