Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Passion for food and guest service
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and inventory management
- Ability to work full-time with flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, kneel, lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to obtain ServeSafe Certification
- Able to provide regular, timely attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience in food service, restaurant, fast food, or food court setting preferred
- Passion for food and guest service with ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of retail food operations, safety standards, and inventory management
- Experience as a server, cook, line cook, or chef is a plus
- Willingness to learn and use technology systems for scheduling and ordering
- ServeSafe Certification or ability to obtain it
Job Duties
- Deliver helpful service
- Lead and inspire food court associates
- Drive success by overseeing food court operations including labor, expenses, inventory, and guest satisfaction
- Create schedules and guide associate performance
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock, and food quality
- Support the team with hands-on leadership and daily tasks
- Manage vendor orders, pricing, signage, and back stock
- Enforce company policies and ensure safety compliance
- Honor commitments regarding attendance and schedule adherence
- Perform other duties as assigned
