- Able to lift up to 45 pounds with occasional lifting over 50 pounds
- Able to learn and adapt to current technology
- Able to take initiative and think quickly on the spot
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store
- Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Fast food experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in an authentic way
- Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to the register
- Listen to customer needs and ask appropriate follow-up questions
- Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers
- Serve items of food such as salads, meats, vegetables, pizza, grilled items, sandwiches, desserts, ice cream, and beverages at a counter or steam table
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work area
