Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least two years fast food experience
- Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class "A" gaming license
- Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Food Handlers Certificate
- Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Tips Certification
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and perform operations with American money
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50lb
- Willing and capable of following directions from Manager at all times
- Fluent in reading and speaking English

Job Duties
- Adhere to all rules, policies, and regulations as stated in the Pechanga Team Member Handbook
- Work as a team player and assist coworkers in achieving goals of outlet
- Display knowledge of food and beverage available in outlets
- Take guest orders, place them in Micros (POS), and collect payment
- Display accurate knowledge of food and beverage pricing
- Follow proper cash handling procedures, maintain the cash drawer and follow appropriate closing cash policies
- Assist guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Re-stock condiments
- Set and clear tables and chairs according to outlet standards
- Sweep and mop floors
- Empty trash as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
