Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must obtain an Alcohol Server Permit
- valid driver license
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- able to stand for long periods
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to communicate clearly
- pass pre-employment drug screening
- pass criminal background check
- pass Transportation Security Administration background check
- be available to work varying shifts between 5am and 12am
- able to work unsupervised

Job Duties
- Picking up and throwing away trash
- must obtain a Alcohol Server Permit
- escorting vendors, guests, and repair crews through the airport
- picking up deliveries and having them checked by airport security
- driving supplies into the airport and out of the airport
- general transportation duties
- sorting and rinsing dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils
- sorting and stacking clean dishes
- changing dishwater in dish machine every hour
- washing pots, pans and trays by hand
- removing trash and garbage to dumpster
- setting up or breaking down dish-washing area
- cleaning and rolling/unrolling mats
- filling/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions
- sweeping/mopping floors
- assembling/disassembling dish machine
- sweeping up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster
- conducting general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed
- wiping up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry
- notifying manager if dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures
- providing friendly, approachable service to guests
- cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs
- ensuring floors are free of debris and spills
- monitoring and refilling condiment stations
- removing trays and dishes from tables and cleaning and sanitizing them
- monitoring and emptying trash receptacles
- collaborating with team members to assist with various tasks
- exhibiting pride in work and commitment to maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and service
- other duties as directed
