Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to operate a computerized register
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Physical ability to lift and bend as required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Energetic and customer service oriented to provide prompt, friendly and courteous service to all customers
- Reading skills and math skills to ensure accurate and efficient sales transactions
- Organizational skills during peak times to accomplish multiple tasks under high pressure
- Demonstrate a friendly, cooperative, and professional attitude at all times
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Capable of handling stressful situations regarding customer satisfaction
- Ability to stand for extended hours
- Some lifting and bending required
Job Duties
- Cheerfully and sincerely greet each customer when making first contact
- Ensure the quick and proper food preparation of menu items ordered by the guest
- Use proper measuring procedures when preparing all menu items
- Ensure the proper and immediate ringing on computer register of all food and beverage orders from customers
- Ensure accurate and efficient sales transactions and service
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by continually wiping and or spraying all work surfaces
- Report any irregularities to management with respect to guest behavior, concerns of food and beverage products, employee relations, and equipment problems
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
