- physical stamina for carrying and delivering food
- ability to follow predetermined time and route schedules
- skill in operating motor vehicles safely
- knowledge of food sanitation and cleaning procedures
- ability to perform vehicle maintenance checks
- ability to maintain accurate records
- willingness to complete required staff training
- ability to work with diverse populations
- compliance with background screening and drug-free workplace policies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Deliver food trays and snacks to resident houses according to predetermined schedule
- lift, carry, and place heavy food trays and dishes
- retrieve soiled dishes and trays from houses
- assist in the preparation of trays and load on food truck
- clean and sanitize food service department including floors, tray machine, and food truck
- wash pots and pans using a 3-compartment sink
- maintain cleanliness of back docks and surrounding grounds
- perform weekly deliming of tray machine
- safely operate and maintain delivery vehicles
- complete vehicle logs and submit to supervisor
- fuel vehicles weekly
- exhibit positive work attitude and complete assigned training
- maintain accurate timesheets and submit timely
