Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in managing a fast food restaurant or similar establishment
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to manage cash and financial transactions accurately
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or fast food operations
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage financial aspects including cash handling and inventory
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with sales and volume performance metrics

Job Duties

  • Implement and enforce NBFF and Exchange standards in all restaurant operations
  • Manage daily receipts and oversee financial reconciliation
  • Order food and supplies according to operational needs and volume standards
  • Maintain fixed asset inventory and ensure proper handling
  • Monitor sales performance to meet or exceed volume targets
  • Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and health regulations
  • Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service
