- Proven experience in managing a fast food restaurant or similar establishment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to manage cash and financial transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Implement and enforce NBFF and Exchange standards in all restaurant operations
- Manage daily receipts and oversee financial reconciliation
- Order food and supplies according to operational needs and volume standards
- Maintain fixed asset inventory and ensure proper handling
- Monitor sales performance to meet or exceed volume targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and health regulations
- Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service
