Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
  • Familiarity with named brand fast food operations
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in inventory and financial management systems

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or equivalent role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
  • Financial management skills including budgeting and inventory control

Job Duties

  • Implement and enforce all named brand fast food and Exchange standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines
  • Oversee financial management including daily receipts and fixed assets
  • Manage ordering of food and supplies to maintain inventory
  • Monitor and maintain sales performance in line with published Volume Standards
  • Lead and supervise restaurant staff to achieve operational excellence
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment
