Job Duties
- Implement and enforce all named brand fast food and Exchange standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines
- Oversee financial management including daily receipts and fixed assets
- Manage ordering of food and supplies to maintain inventory
- Monitor and maintain sales performance in line with published Volume Standards
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff to achieve operational excellence
- Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment
