Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Physical ability to perform lifting and standing tasks
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Willingness to comply with safety and sanitation standards
Positive and friendly attitude

Strong listening and communication skills, face-to-face and virtually
Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology

Job Duties

Build rapport with customers
Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
Respond to customer questions in an effective manner
Stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards
Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks
Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for our customers
Work in various departments including meat, seafood, bakery, deli, and grocery
