Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- must be legally authorized to work in the country
- recommended by current leader for internal transfer, promotion, or rehire if applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- ability to lift and stock items up to 50 pounds
- friendly and responsible attitude
- prior cashier or retail experience is an asset but not required
Job Duties
- Operating a register and accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change
- assisting all customers by providing information and resolving any complaints
- assisting with stocking shelves, facing, cleaning and dusting as needed
- maintaining safety and sanitation standards throughout the store
- bagging groceries
- collecting carts and cleaning
- performing all other related duties as assigned
