Job Duties
- greet guests with a friendly attitude and take food orders accurately
- handle cash, credit, and mobile payments efficiently and securely
- ensure orders are entered correctly into the system and any special requests are communicated to the kitchen staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- assist guests with questions about menu items, promotions, and deals
- resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- collaborate with team members to support smooth restaurant operations
