Job Requirements
- flexible availability
- ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours
- ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds frequently
- occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- management or supervisory experience preferred
- experience recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff advantageous
- strong communication and team leadership skills
- ability to handle cash and basic bookkeeping
- problem-solving skills
- ability to advocate and empathize
- knowledge of safety and security best practices
Job Duties
- assist the Store Manager with oversight of stationstore operations
- help with hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks
- handle bookkeeping and merchandising
- maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service
- ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance
- execute the company’s food program standards
- set an example for staff with leadership, urgency, and patience
