Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage
- At least 6 months of experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Physical stamina to be on feet for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage
- At least 6 months of experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Experience coordinating and supervising associates in a professional manner
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Job Duties
- Monitor bussers and servers to ensure service is up to standard
- Read daily communication sheets from the previous shift and prepare one for the following shift
- Check restaurant for cleanliness and set up
- Check service stands and aisle areas
- Check tables for cleanliness and proper setup
- Communicate daily with the restaurant manager with regard to special events, house counts, etc.
