Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience in country club or hospitality management
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work occasionally in outdoor weather conditions
  • Capability to regularly stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable attendance
  • Valid work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years of related experience in country club or hospitality management
  • Extensive experience in food and beverage and banquet management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations including a la carte service and banquets
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain high-quality standards
  • Plan, develop, and approve operational policies and procedures
  • Interview, hire, train, assign, and evaluate staff
  • Handle complaints and resolve problems efficiently
  • Participate in the booking, planning, and management of member functions and banquets
  • Ensure compliance with Troon Golf Procurement purchasing policies and procedures
  • Address emergencies and security issues promptly
  • Convene and lead staff meetings
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors
