Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in country club or hospitality management
- Ability to read and speak English fluently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work occasionally in outdoor weather conditions
- Capability to regularly stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance
- Valid work authorization
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of related experience in country club or hospitality management
- Extensive experience in food and beverage and banquet management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations including a la carte service and banquets
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain high-quality standards
- Plan, develop, and approve operational policies and procedures
- Interview, hire, train, assign, and evaluate staff
- Handle complaints and resolve problems efficiently
- Participate in the booking, planning, and management of member functions and banquets
- Ensure compliance with Troon Golf Procurement purchasing policies and procedures
- Address emergencies and security issues promptly
- Convene and lead staff meetings
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors
