Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and speak English
- Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
- Ability to stand, walk, talk, or hear frequently
- Ability to sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally
- Ability to taste or smell regularly
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work in wet or humid conditions and outdoor weather conditions occasionally
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Incorporation of safe work practices in job performance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

- Working knowledge of wine, spirits, and regional cuisines

Job Duties
- Manages daily functions of various food and beverage facets including guest satisfaction and customer service
- Personnel training and development
- Menu mix, ordering, and vendor preference management
- Food production oversight and inventory control
- Supervises staff including snack bar, beverage cart, bartenders, servers, food runners, and bus persons
- Regularly inspects facility and equipment for maintenance and cleanliness
- Coordinates menu planning with Executive Chef and manages menu design and product pricing
- Develops and maintains relationships with Troon preferred suppliers
- Conducts hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions
- Implements inventory management software and best practices
- Ensures sanitation and safety standards are consistently met
- Maintains communication with General Manager and other department leaders to meet operational objectives
- Plans manpower, productivity, and cost control according to business volume forecast
- Promotes effective orientation and ongoing training programs
