Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Culinary education preferred
  • Three or more years of related experience
  • Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Commitment to sanitation, safety, and company policy compliance

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Culinary education preferred
  • Three or more years of related experience
  • Experience in training, scheduling, basic accounting, inventory control
  • Familiarity with industry practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Professional and hospitable demeanor towards guests and associates

Job Duties

  • Accountable for overall success of the daily culinary and food and beverage operations
  • Exhibit supervisory talents by personally performing tasks while leading the team and managing all related functions
  • Work to continually improve guest and ambassador satisfaction while maximizing financial performance in all areas of responsibility
  • Supervise all culinary and food and beverage areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced
  • Responsible for guiding and developing associates including direct reports
  • Provide direction for all day-to-day operations, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance
  • Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others, advocating financial decision making and leading by example with integrity
