Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Culinary education preferred
- Three or more years of related experience
- Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Commitment to sanitation, safety, and company policy compliance
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Culinary education preferred
- Three or more years of related experience
- Experience in training, scheduling, basic accounting, inventory control
- Familiarity with industry practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Professional and hospitable demeanor towards guests and associates
Job Duties
- Accountable for overall success of the daily culinary and food and beverage operations
- Exhibit supervisory talents by personally performing tasks while leading the team and managing all related functions
- Work to continually improve guest and ambassador satisfaction while maximizing financial performance in all areas of responsibility
- Supervise all culinary and food and beverage areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced
- Responsible for guiding and developing associates including direct reports
- Provide direction for all day-to-day operations, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance
- Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others, advocating financial decision making and leading by example with integrity
