Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret relevant documents
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
  • Ability to apply common sense reasoning
  • Must be physically able to handle frequent standing and walking, and lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • Must maintain professional grooming and appearance
  • Must obtain and maintain Level 4 Gaming License

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries from guests and employees
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations
  • Level 4 Gaming License required

Job Duties

  • Delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to venue guests in accordance with venue standards
  • Performs necessary tasks to service guests including taking and filling all food and drink orders and assisting in maintaining guests dining area in a clean and neat manner
  • Receives payment from food and beverage guests in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Adheres to established cash control policies and procedures
  • Utilizes point-of-sale system, quotes accurate pricing, gives correct change, accounts for all cash, charge, and complimentary sales according to established procedures
  • Clears all tables, resetting them for new seating, ensuring tables are set in accordance with venue standards and guests achieving a pleasurable dining experience
  • Maintains cleanliness of all side stations, responsible for stocking dishes, silverware, paper supplies and any other required items
  • Answers any guest questions and refers them, if necessary, to appropriate management personnel
  • Monitors guest alcohol consumption and responds accordingly
  • Maintains professional grooming and appearance
  • Keeps sight lines neat and organized
  • Sweeps or mops as necessary
  • Serves ice water as necessary
