Job Requirements

- physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Cook and bake food and pastries in accordance with a planned menu
- prepare daily reports to validate transactions and confirm meal preparations
- double-check meal components for completeness
- store food accurately to maintain freshness and integrity
- provide food service to customers in adherence to schedules and procedures
- use and maintain culinary implements safely
- prepare food and beverages promptly
- add decorative garnishes to enhance visual appeal
- clean refrigerators, freezers, and cooking tools
- adhere to food safety regulations including proper food handling and storage
- wear prescribed uniform and personal protective equipment
- coordinate daily menu preparation with the manager
- regulate food temperature to maintain safety
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- implement sanitation methods
- perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and washing wares
- keep garbage collection areas and kitchen floors clean
- perform additional tasks as assigned
