Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in institutional management, dietetics, or equivalent
- minimum three years progressive experience in healthcare foodservice management or CDM certification with five years supervisory experience
- ability to work in a diverse, collaborative, and team-oriented culture
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks
- willingness to adhere to Trinity Health policies and procedures
- physical ability to work in food service conditions such as noise, heat, and humidity
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in institutional management, dietetics, or related field
- minimum of three years progressive healthcare foodservice management experience or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification with at least five years supervisory experience
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- excellent organizational, planning, delegation, and coaching abilities

Job Duties
- Supervise daily operations of assigned Food and Nutrition Services areas
- coordinate standardization of operating procedures for expense management and operations
- assist in developing and managing program budgets
- monitor financial objectives and report budget variances
- lead performance improvement initiatives and quality evaluations
- hire, train, counsel, appraise, and discipline staff
- conduct meetings and ensure timely completion of HR processes
- manage catering and retail operations including pricing, cash handling, and vendor compliance
- ensure food safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance
- maintain accurate records and documentation
- manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environment
