Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Six months work related experience preferred
- Certification in Food Safety First Principles for Food Handlers or ServSafe preferred
- Valid Florida Drivers License
- Ability to operate a truck safely
- Ability to pass Ishiharas tests for colour deficiency
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
Job Duties
- Safely transport food and related items to various locations including hospitals and catering events
- Properly load and unload food items ensuring security and undamage
- Adhere to food safety regulations maintaining appropriate transport temperatures
- Maintain accurate documentation for all shipments and receipts
- Receive food items into Culinary Solutions and store appropriately
- Conduct product counts and condition inspections upon receiving
- Evaluate shelf life and verify temperatures in compliance with HACCP guidelines
