Job Requirements
- Have a valid driver’s license
- possess car insurance
- have a reliable car for deliveries
- maintain a very flexible schedule
- be available generally between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday
- access to email and a working phone at all times
- willingness to carry heavy items and perform setup tasks
- ability to interact professionally with customers
Job Qualifications

- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle physical demands of delivery
- prior delivery or customer service experience preferred
- proficiency with email and phone communications
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from Roots to customers
- set up food at event locations as required
- carry heavy food boxes in various delivery contexts
- communicate with customers via phone and in person
- navigate delivery routes efficiently
- respond promptly to order emails
- represent Roots in a professional and friendly manner
